Terms
Effective October 17, 2026
These terms cover the Keynote Cuts service, operated by Corbel Ops Inc., a Canadian federal corporation based in Ontario ("we"). When you sign up, a written agreement confirms your plan; if it differs from this page, the agreement wins.
Plans and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST where it applies. Monthly plans are billed in advance and run month to month. Unused videos roll over for one month, then expire. One-time services are billed when ordered.
Cancelling
Cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Founding speakers who take the free Speaker Reel commit to three paid months.
Your footage
You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us, including permission from event organizers where their recordings are involved. Do not send anything you are not allowed to share.
Approvals and posting
Nothing is posted without your approval. You can ask for changes until you approve a video. You are responsible for what is posted under your name once you approve it.
Who owns the videos
Once paid for, the finished videos are yours to use anywhere. We keep the right to our own methods, templates and tools. We will only show your videos in our own marketing with your permission.
Turnaround
First videos within two business days of usable footage arriving; Keynote Recaps within 72 hours of the talk. If we miss a turnaround, tell us and we will make it right.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost bookings or platform decisions about your accounts.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Questions: hello@keynotecuts.com.
